Welcome to your General English Course!

We hope you enjoy learning with Atlas English. These are the steps to get started:

  1. First, watch the video introduction to the General English Course. This will explain how the course works, and the skills you will learn.

  2. We will send you an email with your new login details for the course. Note: your login details for the courses will be different to your login details for the Atlas English website.

  3. Remember to check your email inbox (and your spam folder) for an email from Atlas English! If you haven’t received it within 24 hours of signing up, contact us.

  4. Scroll down to sign in to courses and start learning!


Your English course

Your General English course is made up for three online English programs. Each program will help you improve an English skill. Clear Pronunciation 1 will improve your pronunciation. Tense Buster will improve your grammar. Active Reading will improve your reading skills.

We recommend you use the programs in the order below - but it’s up to you! Work your way through the course however you want, and learn in the way that suits you.

1. Start with Pronunciation

Clear Pronunciation 1 is a good place to start. It will help you recognise and pronounce the 43 sounds of English. Click the button below to login*. Watch the introduction video and then work your way through all the units!

*Remember, your username and password to the courses is different to your username and password for the Atlas English website. We will send you your username and password in an email after you sign up to the course.

2. Then, Improve your English Grammar

Tense Buster will help you learn 33 important grammar areas at five levels. Click the button to login and start learning. Start with the Elementary level and work your way to Advanced.

3. Finally, Improve your Reading skills

Active Reading will help you learn reading skills at six levels. Click the button to login and start learning. Start with the ‘Elementary’ level and work your way to ‘Advanced’.


Upgrade to the Academic English Course

If you are enjoying the General English course, try upgrade to the Academic English Course. It includes all the same courses as General English - plus writing in English, academic study skills, and advanced pronunciation. Many more skills to learn!
